Retained 47 operator members, 152 exhibiting suppliers and 13 non-exhibiting suppliers.

Continued strong visibility and reputation among NC General Assembly.

Kept sales tax formula intact.

Received a positive response to gift bag deliveries to legislators.

Co-sponsored the Atlantic Coast Exposition, along with the Virginia Automatic Merchandising Association, the South Carolina Automatic Merchandising Association and in affiliation with the Georgia Automatic Merchandising Council.

Worked with a study committee with the Health and Wellness Trust Fund to develop a bill that would achieve the desired results of providing healthy, well-balanced snack options to school children.

Provided opportunities for members to meet and share experiences.

Hosted a Membership Appreciation Event in Southern Pines for all members.

Experienced strong support from supplier members.

Raised funds to benefit NCVA’s Political Action Campaign through a golf tournament, merchandise raffle and reverse raffle.

Developed two member benefits programs with Southern Office Supply and WilcoHess.

Joined VAMA and SCAMA to publish a joint membership directory.

Continued promoting the Job Bank on NCVA’s website.

Continued promoting the Best Professional Practices among members.

Provided an opportunity for members to screen potential employees.
