We hereby apply for operator membership in NCVA and agree to pay membership dues for the current calendar year in accordance with the dues schedule as they apply to our annual company sales for last year (for previous 12-month period). An operator member is one who owns and operates vending machines and/or manual food service within the state of North Carolina. |
